GeoScITY lab provides innovative solutions for spatial information modelling using advanced technologies. These solutions include software and tools for automatic processing of geospatial data and urban applications. 

 

Advanced processing of Imagery/LiDAR data

Our solutions include advanced processing techniques for both imagery and LiDAR data, using both traditional and AI-based methods. These techniques are mainly used for object detection and localization, object tracking, semantic segmentation, 3D scene reconstruction, 3D modeling and similar computer vision and remote sensing tasks.

3D City Modeling

The lab provides software and tools for efficient and scalable generation of highly detailed and large-scale 3D city models. These models are considered the technological backbone of urban digital twins.

The modeling process integrate data from different sources and of different formats to create 3D city models of high level of details. This includes LiDAR data, both airborne and terrestrial data, orthophotos, vector data, dynamic data, etc.

The GeoScITY lab conducts various research projects centered on urban digital twins and related themes. We offer technical solutions for data integration, visualization, and real-time applications to create and manage digital twins of cities.
