Université Laval for a Week of Scientific Exchange

From June 8 to 12, GeoSciTY had the pleasure of hosting Thierry Badard for a week of scientific exchange and knowledge sharing.

During his visit, Prof. Badard delivered an inspiring seminar entitled "Geoinformation in the Age of Artificial Intelligence", exploring the opportunities, challenges, and future directions of geospatial technologies in an era increasingly shaped by AI.

The visit also provided an excellent opportunity for members of the GeoScITY group to present their ongoing research activities and recent developments. These presentations fostered stimulating discussions and opened new perspectives for future collaborations and joint research initiatives.
